When you grind your spices at home, it takes your dishes to a new level! Despite being called Coriander Cumin powder, this spice has more than just coriander seeds and cumin seeds in it! When you buy ready-made coriander cumin powder, you never know how long it has been sitting around and under which circumstances. So I highly recommend making it at home. It's very easy! Watch how I make it!
Coriander Cumin Powder Recipe Prep Time: 20 minutes (Approx)

Preheat the oven to 160°.
Mix all the spices together in a tray.
Roast in oven on low until fragrant, about 10 minutes, stirring halfway.

Place the powder in a dry bottle. The mixture will keep for a few months. It's best to make this in small, fresh batches for better fragrance.
